?? Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating postures that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles (3-5min).

Yin Yoga poses allow gentle stretching of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

We take time in each posture to let the body open gently, with gravity and breath doing the work. This isn’t about pushing — it’s a full body reset through stillness, softness, and release.

You don’t have to perform. You don’t need flexibility. Just come as you are and enjoy a calming full body stretch that invites your nervous system to settle and your breath to deepen.

Everyone’s welcome—experienced or not.
